well okay, SO i know it's been forever and a day since i updated last but... i've gotten into writing in my xanga more and more and here less and less. SO SORRY

I'm having a GREAT SUMMER! met a special boy (FUN!) haveing a good season. I wasn't to sure bucs was going to come together in time to peak for finals but it looks like it's heading in that direction which is COOL! SO that's all special and cuddly.

I'm starting t get ready for school and starting to be nervous about it. AH! Got my roommate she seems pretty cool so that's good. I'm starting to panic about indoor a little bit even though i promised myself no decisions till after school starts. I'm hoping school will give me a better indication of where i want to march or if i even want to march this winter because right now i can't even begin to decide, narrow down, or choose at all. I feel like jro somedays i'm like cool i'm gonna move to Ohio and march Pride (sure like that would happen) other days i'm like, i don't really think i'm gonna do colorguard this season. lol what the hell?!?!? Anyway, lol drama at its best.

ahh to be in a colorguard w/o drama... wait, that would be boring (and impossible, i mean come on let's not lie to ourselves!) hehe anyway gotta run.... busy busy busy with job #1 and job #2 and corp and everything else!!! Catch ya later!

I'm pretty excited about this weekend. We're just gonna be like piecing everything together for the show next weekend. So hopefully we will be completely comfortable with everything or pretty much everything in the show by Sunday! YAY US!

I'm also excited because next period i will be finishing my LAST project of the year and all i have left is finals, which lets face it, i'm only going to spend so much energy on! Yay me!!

I'm ALSO excited because i get to see my J.RO on Sunday and I will be surprising her. X-men are going to be at the J. Birney Crum stadium on Sunday for some preview thing and i'm going yay Crossmen (and Cadets!)!!!!!

I'm NOT excited about a few other things such as: finals and making decisions for next fall hmmm yeah w/e

I walked out of english class yesterday. just couldn't take it anymore blah blah blah. i have 7 days left, and 1 day of finals. i think i can make it, i better be able to hehehe.

okay well i wanted to update, but now i'm tired and not really in the mood, haha but i did start a xanga to keep in touch with Buccaneers because they all do the xanga thing.

talked to my jro today. She's doing good, be a captain at crossmen is hard because if the colorguard does something wrong it's her fault, which really sucks. But they got the morning off today so that was nice for her. They finished their show and did a full run so it shows that they have been working super hard. yay crossmen!! So anyway, i was glad to hear from her. I miss my jro!

Bucs went pretty good this weekend. I think we got a lot done, but it doesn't really feel like it since all day saturday it was rainy and cold bleh bleh bleh. But the closer flag work is cool. We filled that all in so that's pretty exciting. the ballad flags look really nice too. It will be a cool effect an everything once we really have time to clean it.

I feel the staff starting to get really frusterated though. Jro and I were talking this morning about people not getting their shit done and it is really frusterating. I understand that people are busy, i'm really busy too and i haven't been able to spin as much as i would like during the week. I'm definitely starting to crack down on that this week because i know i haven't been giving my full self to the season yet. I'm really looking forward to when school is out because it will be a little easier then. I'm a little nervous about what might happen when the staff gets sick of people not taking care of their stuff. So anyway, we'll see.
I do love being back at bucs though. Bell rang gotta run more later

Wow!! SO what a great weekend we had! We got SO MUCH DONE!!!!!!!! YAY BUCCANEERS!!! The show is completely done in drill (As a smart vet said my rookie year, "Let the rewrites begin! hehehe) which is super exciting. The colorguard is completely done with the opener and the ballad and has begun adding chunks of work into the third song!!! YAY!!! We've actually cleaned most of the opener pretty thoroughly and I'm pretty comfortable with it now (except for one part in the opener when i almost kill my cymbal friends with my gun, hmmmm). It was really fun being with the corp this weekend. We had a big cookout on sunday (mmm yummy food) then the drumline and the hornline were playing ultimate frisbee. They tried to get me to play too, but hmmm yeah that just didn't work lol i've never thrown a frisbee for real before. Maybe i could work on it throughout the season! So anyway, then we thought it would be fun to do stupid cheers and stuff. Except yeah, the colorguard definitely stood on the side of the field and made real cheer with real moves lol it was SO funny. We even made a pyramid! FUN (special thanks to Tex for placing me at the top so i wouldn't have to climb up there haha!). We even did some basket tosses, which by the way are SUPER scary! So then at the parade monday we showed our staff the basket toss (fun, right?). Yeah except the spotter who aren't spotters in real life couldn't catch me and i ended up falling on the pavement hahaha... awwww poor scraped elbows. I thought it was funny anyway.

So it seems like this is like PMS week for all of America, or maybe just all of my friends, yikes!!! This has been a real great week for me though. Monday i declared as my personal senior skip day, tuesday bleh, wednesday fun watching lord of the rings at work.

Today i went food shopping YUMMY and then i actually paid attention in English and commented go me! Gym was fun, we climbed high elements. My friend Nikki and I climbed to the top of this gigantic swinging ladder, each rung (Which was actually like a real thick 2x4) was higher and higher, i could barely reach the last couple. ANyway, it was SO FUN (and super scary!) then we had the big memorial day ceremony. The speaker was interesting he talked about the movie black hawk down, his son was one of the characters that an actor played, i felt bad for him but it was interesting. Yay for interesting assemblies... Now i'm sitting in physics, we have a sub and no work to do, perfect time to update lj! Tonight i get to babysit for my twins, they are SO CUTE and I have to work again so i'll finish lord of the rings and eat the cream of broccoli soup i bought this morning YUMMY!

Friday, should be good it's Freshman Field Day and I get to HELP! SO EXCITED! Hopefully i'll end up as a team leader since i wasn't picked to help run jeaopardy (I mean honestly, it's like my favorite show and i know ALL the rules! but w/e lol)SO that means no SCHOOL or classes for me yay!!!!!

Friday night starts the weekend of ass=kicking and i am still majorly torn between dreading it and looking forward to it. It should be okay because it's supposed to be a nice weekend and we will actually have a chance to catch up with the rest of the corp. so that is good.... BUT It's going to be painful because thg some MAJOR definitely on for us to start showing some MAJOR progress, hopefully everyone was going through their stuff in their heads this weekend and we will retain more (MUCH MORE) this weekend.... we shall see

So i read kelly's journal entry from the weekend and *sigh* i'm with ya, i keep forgetting how hard the beginning of the season always is. I am also concerned because this weekend really kicked my ass. I didn't realize how dehydrated i was till i got home sunday night, yeah fun. SO anyway things are going pretty well though. We worked on the ballad, those curved poles were fun for about 10 minutes then they start to get into a fight w/ my wrists and now they are mad at each other, permanently. But we got good chunks of the ballad done, yay us. This weekend is gonna be real hard for us.

yikes, that makes me feel sick to my stomach. Although once i feel more recuperated from this weekend it probably won't look so bad. I hope the sun isn't quite as hot. It would be nice to work into the dead head of summer. THe other good thing about this weekend is that the corp won't be around through all of saturday. I'm really hoping we get a lot done then. It's kind of like holding them stationary for 2 days so we can catch up a little bit. It is sort of frusterating hearing how they are moving on in drill and we're still trying to catch up. SO this weekend is our BIG opportunity to get caught up w/ them. GO US!

Oh and to all who were concerned my sprained middle finger is pretty much all better now, i still can crack it and i'm rebuilding the muscle again but there's not really a lot of pain so that is good. I am no longer giving the middle finger to everyone, i know that was hot and all, but it wasn't really to cute.

My JRO is gone for the summer and i miss her!!! She called me after crossmen's stage show on saturday and sounded good but what can i say i wish she was marching reading this summer. *sigh* oh well i will just have to be sending her daily e-mails. awwwww

So can i tell you what a good day i had? of course i can, haha it's my journal! YES! So zech came home w/ me last night, we stopped on our way to my house at his house to pick up his puppy dog, dingo. I chatted it up w/ his parents for a bit and then we headed home. We watched super millionare and downed a few iced teas (see dehydration). Then i passed out and eventually went to bed. Then he passed out and eventually went to bed. We played bed tag all night. I started on the bed then got hot and moved to the floor (IT WAS SO HOT LAST NIGHT) and he moved to the bed. Then i moved back to the bed and he ended up on the floor because he was hot. So then we got up this morning and i was like school? no i don't think so. so we just hung out all day, watched alive in wonderland and played playstation 2 little nemo. then he passed out again. THEN we took dingo, his puppy, in the pool awww it was so cute. he all didnt want to go in and then once he was in a few times he kept coming in and out. he was doggie paddling and all. AWWWW cute. So then because his puppy is black and it's summer he's shedding A LOT and my mom's real anal about no dog hair. So he staid after i went to work for 2 HOURS and vaccuumed the entire house. He showed up at work to hours later and i was shocked awwww. Cute. so good day for me. Now my big dilemma is, should i go to school tomorrow? hmmmm

so yeah good times for me. no movie quote this weekend because i camped out saturday night w/ the drummers. oh well that was fun too. yay fun!

Okay so i've been meaning to update for awhile.

This past weekend:

So we learned more of the opener and drill for the ballad, fun times. We're using fun poles in the ballad so i'm excited about that! The season is going well. I'm pretty excited about it all. It feels good to be back "home" but it makes the whole winter feel like a dream or something. So yay i start pretty close to zech so taht should be fun.
So then I got sun poisening this weekend. OUCH! but it's pretty faded away now and just turning into a dark tan. I forgot how incredibly pale i was this winter, ewww. Yay tan. We had a real fun sectional on saturday night. We were just cleaning, it was real dark, and cool but humid. It had rained a little earlier so it was still wet around us. Dave was laid back we were just going over things again and again, and it was fun. Yay for having fun spinning, it's been awhile since I've let myself feel that. I liked it.
RVCC is over so i don't have any classes in the morning, which is really nice. I take the opportunity to stay up late, talk to people on the phone, sleep in, go to the gym, or (like today) make pancakes w/ my sister mmmmm yummy. Yay for my sister being home and doing Bucs this summer.
School is a bunch of BS. So over it, but i go like a good little girl. Every day i wake up and think, i really don't have to go today, i won't miss anything. But i go anyway, yay me. It will all be over soon. 25 days to graduation! I picked up the paper to tryout for graduation speeched, i don't know if i have time to do it or even if i want to. SO that's something to consider. hmmm yeah
I still babysit my twins, they are getting so big. They are comfortable with me now, sometimes they even call me mama awwwww. They don't understand what it means though, they call the dogs mama too hehe. I like their life, i don't like watching the same episode of Sesame Street 3 days in a row though. Doesn't Sesame Street ever tape NEW episodes? Sheesh.
Fun times. I cleaned my room last night for about 4 hours. It looked like a clothes drive in there. All clean now though. YAY! Also went to the new Khol's and bought lots of cute summer clothes. YAY ME! So i hung those up. I found the 3 pieces of my uniform scattered around, they are hung up now. I also put all of my Innuendo 2004 stuff in the future scrap book box. That is going to be a big summer project. I haven't updated my scrap book since two summers ago even though i have all the pictures from indoor 2003 and 2004 and Bucs last summer. yay big projects.

OUCH! yeah so naughty me, i didnt wear sunscreen and i got burnt. Oh well, yay for a future nice tan!

I forgot how much work the beginning of the season is, all the tosses, going through all the exercises a million times, all the technique. *sigh* lol it's so good to do basics, but it SUCKS! So yay for learning rifle work though, not yay for being the short girl on the gunline. Yay for new friends, a new show, cooler food, props to hide behind, starting the show next to Pisc., learning ALL of the opener drill, staying at mom's, watching Bring It On Again (why you gotta be all up in my Kool Aid?), and liking the show so far! Good times.

Secretly? shhh don't tell, i miss Innuendo people. It's nice to be back at Bucs with Classics people, but i miss Innuendo people too. Can't we just all merge together somewhere?? I don't know.

So something dumb happened today. I locked my keys in my car (OOPS!). I was in such a hurry to get into school and not be late, i completely locked my keys in the car. So i had to get my friend to drive out of his way to come pick me up. Now i have to wait for Zech to get here to drive me back to school w/ my spare keys so i can unlock my car and bring it home. I love how brilliant i am. Anyway, stupid act of the day.

My RVCC Psych final is Wednesday adn then i never have to worry about getting up early on a week day again till, i don't know sometime. YAY!
